At Knickerbocker, we stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
